Today, we will tell you the complete procedure to change PAN Card Number in Paypal. This article will be useful to you if you are from India or you have a PAN Card issued from India.

How to change PAN Card Number in Paypal ?

1) Opening the Paypal Website and Signing into Paypal Account

First of all you need to open the PayPal Website (https://www.paypal.com/). Enter your Credentials(Email Address and Password) to login to your PayPal Account.

2) Proceeding to Account Overview

As soon as you login to your account, at the bottom of the screen you will find a button which says ‘Proceed to Account Overview’. Please click on this button.

3) Opening the PayPal Profile

Now you need to click on the Gear Icon at the top Right of the Screen(Just besides Log Out). This will open your PayPal Profile.

4) Editing the PAN Details in PayPal Account Options

Now, if you scroll down a little, at the left hand side you will find Account Options. The 3rd Option in Account Options is PAN. Please click on Edit link corresponding to PAN.

5) Proceeding to Change PAN Card Number in PayPal Account

Now you will be able to see your already verified PAN Card Number in your PayPal Account. To change your Pan Card Number in PayPal Account you need to click on the link which says ‘contact Customer Service’.

6) Selecting the Options to change PAN Card Number in PayPal by Call or Email

Now, you need to select one of the 2 options to change your PAN Number in PayPal i.e.,

• Changing PAN Number in PayPal by Call, OR
• Changing PAN Number in PayPal by Email

7) How to change PAN Card Number in PayPal by Call ?

You can change PAN Number in PayPal Account by making a Call at 1-800-212-3852. You will be asked to enter the One-Time-Passcode displayed on your screen, once your call gets connected. Once you successfully validate the One-Time-Passcode you can easily Change Pan Card Number in PayPal. Please note that this One Time Passcode expires in 60 minutes.

8) How to change PAN Card Number in PayPal by Email ?

You can also change PAN Number in PayPal Account by filling up the Email Form. You will be asked to enter the enter a topic, a sub topic and a message. Enter the Topic as ‘My Account’, the Subtopic as ‘Changing/Updating Account Information’,  You can enter in the message that you want to change your PAN Number in PayPal Account by sending your PAN Number which you want to update. Finally, click on Send. You will get a e-mail from PayPal within 24 hours of sending the Email.
