The aircraft crashed into the house in Plainfield, Illinois, at around 11:15 a.m., the agency said.

There was no information on the condition of the people inside the plane.

The home wasn’t occupied at the time of the crash, CBS News has confirmed.

A video posted to Twitter showed smoke rising from the crash site.

— Alex Monroe (@alexmaddper) July 21, 2016Joliet Fire Captain Jeff Allbert said that crews are responding to the crash. Allbert says crews are assessing the scene and putting out a fire.

Aerial television video of the crash site showed broken plane parts in the street and in the yard and driveway of a home.

Joliet is 40 miles southwest of Chicago.
