There was no information on the condition of the people inside the plane.
The home wasn’t occupied at the time of the crash, CBS News has confirmed.
A video posted to Twitter showed smoke rising from the crash site.

Aerial television video of the crash site showed broken plane parts in the street and in the yard and driveway of a home.
Joliet is 40 miles southwest of Chicago.
