Happy, Happy Valentine’s Day! If you’ve been following me this week, y’all know I adore the idea of having a date on the calendar that’s set aside for LOVE! It’s a beautiful thing until it becomes too commercial. 

Every year I try so hard not to go to the commercial place. We’re having a nice quiet day in Franklin and I’m not sure what we’re doing, but I know we’ll relive our engagement…talk about all that’s happened in the last 18 years and we’ll have a lovely dinner at home. How about you? What’s on your agenda? 

Today is about you because I want you to know how much I love you, even if virtually. I love that you’ve shared in my journey from Los Angeles to Franklin. I love that you’ve been with me through the tough times and the glorious ones. I love how you’ve supported me and and helped me grow. You’ll never know how much it means when you comment or when you see me on the street and you introduce yourself. It’s just so very special. You have helped shape who I am today and I’m beyond grateful. I think you should also know that I always carry you in my heart because I don’t just write for me…I write for you – so in my heart, you reside. 

I’m humbled by your kindness and I wish you a very special Valentine’s Day. Thank you for making my life abundantly better.
