Quikr had declared in the month of April that it would be launching a real Estate focused portal within a month but, this launch was delayed due to some reasons. The company says that this move is a part of its larger plan to have separate verticals for different segments. This Real Estate Segment is expected to generate more revenues for the company or maybe even multiply the value. Quikr had begun in the year 2008 and has raised around $350 million from investors since then.

On this portal, users can search for residential, commercial and agricultural properties to buy or rent in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad. Users can filter their search by locality, builder name, property type, price range, amenities, furnishing, recently added posts and more.
