A Healthy buffet is always good, so we researched online and found a restaurant in Velachery, Chennai. Before visiting the restaurant, we called them and reserved the booking for 6 members. When we reached the location, we saw an independent house with a board " Ayur Square - Healthy Restro Cafe, we thought of trying it out and went inside,  they had afternoon buffet option for 650 INR for each person, tried it for the first time. They maintain a very healthy menu consisting of only Vegetarian dishes. Overall we had a good experience trying their signature dishes. It's advisable to call them before visiting the restaurant and reserve your seats.
