Sleeping Beauty

Seconds before I snapped this Photo this male cardinal had his head tucked away Sleeping peacefully. Unfortunately, I was unable to be quiet enough in my approach to capture that. I have never seen a bird sleeping in a tree at night so I thought this was a nice photo opportunity.  (Photo ©2013 John Lawson)
