Clients often prefer apartments, not hotels, because staying in apartments, they want to feel at home in the new city and feel its vibes. More often travelers are looking for new emotions in the first place and it is up to them to evaluate their entire Trip and, in particular, the apartment in which they stayed. No matter how objectively good was the housing, but the subjective opinion in forming the assessment will play a decisive role.

Of course, if you manage premium real estate, the expectations of the guests will be higher, but the cost of rent will allow you to spend more on compliments for guests. In this case, the best option would be an individual approach to customers. For example, if you know that guests are booking accommodation for a family trip with children, equip the sockets with special protection.
