Wyoming's Unofficial State Drink: The IPC

The state flower of Wyoming is the Indian Paintbrush. It is vibrant, wild, and beautiful, much like Wyoming. In honor of this flower Haydens Post own mixologist and head bartender, John-Mark Roufs, created the IPC or Indian Paintbrush Cosmopolitan.

  • 44 North Nectarine Vodka (1.5oz)
  • Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach (0.5oz)
  • Grenadine
  • Orange Juice
  • Orange Slices (3)

How to make the IPC

Specialty Ingredients Used in this Cocktail

44 North Nectarine Vodka · Made in Rigby, Idaho (just 80 miles west of Jackson Hole) with Idaho potatoes

Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice · Every morning one can make their way to Haydens Post to see bartenders squeezing dozens of limes, lemons, and oranges for the day's cocktails using a hand press

House Made Grenadine · While anyone can go to their local grocer and grab a bottle of grenadine, Haydens Post actually makes grenadine in house.

See the resemblance?
