Japanese Loe Sang From Nijyumaru Restaurant

ON THE FIFTEEN DAY OF CHINESE NEW YEAR....

Alright, I am so sorry, readers... my posts are really backdated, this one is only backdated to two weeks old!  LOL... Ampun... ampun... *forgive me*

It was a Friday when we sort of "celebrated" Chap Goh Mei but having something different as an appetizer for dinner.  We did not go out for our dinner, instead, I cook a simple dish and my friend treated us to a scrumptious take-away Japanese Loe Sang!

For dinner, I just fried some seafood noodles and boiled sweet red bean desserts.  Easy job... everything was done smoothly.  And as for the appetizer, we called up the Japanese restaurant to reserve a take-away at which my girl and my friend went to take around 6pm.... We had not tried this before and when my sister-in-law mentioned that it was good, we must really go all the way out to buy this back!

Here it is....
The Salmon was packed individually with ice to preserve the freshness....
This cost around RM70 plus....
Everything was fresh and nice, something different from the usual ones we have...
Yes, we have these for dinner...
Of course, the main attraction is this Japanese styled Loe Sang...
Okay, we were ready to MIX!
Say Cheese!!
Let's Do It!!
