This RV park is a  dichotomy of awesomeness and disarray. The park is neglected and in need of grounds maintenance. You will find an assortment and variety of rigs here. Sites are narrow, small, and crowded with no other useable amenities than hookups (our picnic table was not useable due to the tight quarters of our site). BUT, and it's an important one, the park is reasonably priced and literally steps from Vancouver. Located just across the Lion Bridge from Vancouver's city center and Stanley Park, the RV park is in a prime location to access all you would want to see and do here. The bike path that encircles the city and is heavily used is right at the entrance of the park. You can take it over the bridge and be in Stanley Park in minutes. There is laundry, a pool, spa, lounge and vending machines. Do not expect to lounge much at camp....you won't have the desire or space to do so. This place is booked solid in summer, so book early.
