For permanent park models, this is a nicely wooded, quiet location close to all of the villages along The Cape. For the "transient" traveler (as we were referred as), it is terrible. A handful of pricey, unlevel, dusty, smashed in sites are reserved for RVs. Hookups were available, but located in weird places. There was nothing positive
