About fifteen miles west of the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas, you will find this respite tucked in the hills of Red Rock Canyon. The canyon is protected by the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area and features spectacular red and white sandstone rock formations often found in the Utah/Arizona region. The campground is located down a simple, easy to travel graded dirt/gravel road. The campground itself has just over 50 primitive campsites that offer level gravel/dirt pads, BBQ grills, fire pits, and for some sites, shade ramadas. A small camp office and several camp hosts work here to keep this place spic and span. Views from the campground are of the hills
