Que Muac has a new menu

One of our favourite restaurants, Que Muac has just brought out a new menu
On the “Dishes to share” section: – Grilled Goat Cheese roller, tomato confit, tender lettuce from Teguise dressed with pomegranate arils – Prawn carpaccio with ginger vinagrette and sprouted grains – Marinated Sea bass ceviche with Lanzarote corn – Grilled octopus macerated on “mojo rojo” (the canarian red sauce) on a bed of smoked sweet potato – Risotto with duck magret, boletus, Foie Gras and Parmesan cheese.
On the “Spoon dishes” section: – Cold cream of straberrys, mango and grilled red prawns – Cheese, bacon and dates ravioli sauteed with Cherry Tomatoes and mushrooms
Other dishes on offer include: – Sliced ham, roasted aubergines, peppers and green asparagus with little broad beens vinagrette with tomato – Bao bread with Canarian pork cooked at low temperature – Deboned ribs with pineapple, mushrooms and foie gras with finely sliced potatoes – Lamb cutlets with “bonita” potatoes (a Canarian variety), breadcrumbs with chorizo and potatoes – Island fished stuffed with “burgaos” (a sea snail), fresh spinachs, cherry tomatoes, walnuts and potatoes
On the desserts section: – Mojito sorbet with G&T foam – Sweet potato pudding with goat cheese ice-cream – Carrot brownie with orange and lime syrup and mandarine ice-cream
The Qué MuacRestaurant is located, at the Castillo de San José which is located on Arrecife’s waterfront , it is worth a visit just for the views
Top Tip – If you do not want a meal, you can during the day have a coffee and a wander around the historic fortress and art museum
