Beaver Creek Opening New Terrain!

Beaver Creek Opening New Terrain!

Friday, December 15, Beaver Creek will open Birds of Prey Express Lift (#9) accessing skiing and snowboarding on Red Tail and Lower Dally.  Talon’s restaurant, at the base of Red Tail, will open Friday.
Saturday, December 16, the resort will shift it’s opening time to 8:30 am.  Beginner skiing on Sawbuck in Bachelor Gulch will open at this time.  There will be no skiing access between Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek.

Beginning Friday, Beaver Creek will operate the following lifts with access to 209 skiable acres:

  • Buckaroo Express Gondola (#1)
  • Centennial Express Lift (#6)
  • Cinch Express Lift (#8)
  • Birds of Prey Express Lift (#9)
  • Bachelor Gulch Express Lift (#16)

Please remember to obey all posted signs and closures.  Closed trails contain hazards due to early-season conditions.  Accessing closed terrain is a violation of the Colorado Ski Safety Act and will result in the loss of skiing privileges.
