Clara’s Baptism at St Thomas of Canterbury Church at Lewisham was a beautiful event. Church lighting can be tricky, but this church’s stained glass windows added a rich pop of colour that really made the photos sing!

A baptism is a big event in any person’s life, and capturing baby Clara’s baptism was definitely special.

I love photographing the intimate and candid moments during the service. Capturing photos that the family can look back on and immediately be transported back to the day. Details, action shots and portraits, all to capture the true essence of the service.

The baptism was followed by family pictures with Clara’s lovely godparents, and lunch with family and friends at Grappa Ristorante in Leichhardt – because every good celebration has to end in some good food! There’s nothing better than some cake and family time to commemorate a special day.
