Another art project assigned by a Professor in a previous course. This was first drawn using pencil. After getting all the letters drafted, I inked them using Sakura Micron pens. Originally the word “Strength” was drawn with little characters representing each Letter. Honestly, I was hesitant to continue because it didn’t seem to blend in with the rest of the letters. Then my professor encouraged me to create something more simple.

I tried to make each word correspond to its font. For example, ‘is clothed’ is supposed to look like a piece of thread sewn into a piece of cloth.

As for the Quote, it was taken from Proverbs 31:25. My Christian background is important to me. So when we needed to choose a quote, I wanted to quote a Bible verse that spoke to me. Proverbs 31 is written about the ideal Christian woman/wife. I find Proverbs 31 an inspirational passage and an example on how to be a Godly woman.
