A night At the Zoo

This weekend I was asked to join the Oklahoma City Zoo at the Oklahoma City Zoo Soireé. The party supports the Zoo’s Conservation Efforts for all it’s plants and animals. Ya’ll know I have a soft spot in my heart for animals. (Mainly puppies, but all animals in general.) So DUH. I was going. (Plus there was an open bar.)

Going with the theme, I chose this kimono style dress from Zara which could easily be confused as a bathroom. But I rolled the sleeves up and stuck on some sky high heels and jazzed it up to make it look like I hadn’t just rolled out of bed. Because, if you were watching my snap chat or IG stories, by the end of the night my hair, did in fact, look like I’d rolled out of bed. It was so windy!

Also, I added this Gucci GG Marmont belt to tie the look together with my black heels. The dress was very loose so I wanted to make sure it looked like I had some what of a waist.

And of course, my most favorite exhibit of all, the Flamingos! I nearly survived!
