When I think of Bentwood, I think of cafes that line the Seine. All lined up, facing outward, so that Parisians (and tourists) can people watch. It’s such an elegant yet classic type of furniture. 

There are several makers of bentwood. The most notable of course is Thonet. (one of my faves obviously) Not sure if this is Thonet or not, but it sure does look like it when compared to originals.
