In preparation for summer, I’ve been getting down at the gym lately. And I mean GET-TING-DOWN. Cycle Bar in Classen Curve has been my go-to lately. It’s killer. Plus I’ve been giving my diet the attention it deserves, as well as working on all the other things that one needs to feel confident in a bikini. Something I’ve also been REAL conscious of lately is my Skin care. From India, Indonesia, and Dubai, and all the places I’ve traveled to in between, it’s no secret I’ve got major sun damage ya’ll.

Short story: Once in Mauritius, I was SOOOOOOO sunburned, my dad had to CARRY ME on to the plane. I was 14. What is wrong with me? Back then sun screen was like an option. Not a necessity. Not so much these days. Its a necessity! So I’ve been getting serious about getting my skin on point too.

Recently I popped in to a little place that all you local Okies might know about called Advanced Asthetics. It’s a great little spot, and they offer a ton of treatments. (And all the staff are SOOOOOOOOO nice.) One treatment that I was interested in particularly was their Photofacial. It removes all the little spots that have gathered over the years from sun damage. If you are interested in seeing my before and after, add me on snap chat and I’ll message you some of the photos so that you can’t save them and be horrified by my before. I don’t look cute ya’ll. But the afters are amazing.

My skin is clearer, I don’t see any of the old freckles that used to be everywhere, and it looks like brand new skin. And the other upside? Like, no down time. Seriously.

And to keep up the good work that those wonderful ladies did, I’ve been obsessed with Sunday Riley’s C.E.O. serum.

I use it morning and night, and I feel like it helps keep my new skin protected and bright. Plus, did I mention, it smells really really really good? Yeah. ‘Cause that matters ya’ll. I can’t be having my face smell bad. Nope.
