I love our little town of Oklahoma City. It’s growing so quickly with new shops and restaurants popping up like mad. My schedule has been tight lately, devoted to new clients and volunteer projects. So it’s always nice to get to slip away and try out some new local fare. A group of local bloggers that I’m involved with gets together once in a awhile to network, catch up and promote local business. Because we believe in the power of supporting local. So this month’s meet up was a treat! We started out at Wheeze the Juice. A local fresh food and juice bar located in a shipping container garden.

Isn’t the branding fun? I love the throwback logo. Reminds me of all things ’80’s and amazing. And the inside is just as cute. Fresh white counters, backed by shelving completely filled to the brim with fresh produce.

I had the Princess Peach smoothie and it was amazing! So good! The perfect early morning start to my day!

After finishing up at Wheeze the Juice and admiring their gorgeous space, we mozied on over to Junction Coffee who parked outside just for us! It’t the cutest double decker bus which travels all over Oklahoma City. You order off the menu outside, or pop inside and order directly from the owner.

I got my usual cafe mocha and it was legit. The girls and I sat downstairs for a bit then climbed the stairs to the top of the bus to chat more and catch up.

Aren’t the green barstools and booths adorable?

If you’ve been following me on ig stories or snapchat, you know I’m obsessed with parrots lately. It’s the epitome of summer fashion and decor right now. I want parrots in print and in decor items. Errvrrrwhere.
