Design Consciousness: A Model Worth Looking At

Conceptual impressions surrounding this post are yet to be substantiated, corroborated, confirmed or woven into a larger argument, or network.

The concepts of meaning and Purpose are fundamental to Life. Meaning and purpose reflect upon the ancient Hindu concept of Kama Manas which states that with every thought there is an emotion and with every emotion a thought. This simple concept is rooted in common sense. You can't have one without the other no matter how hard you try. By simply saying you don't have any feelings towards a particular situation is clear admittance that you do. Stating that you don't have any feeling towards anything is itself an admission to feeling nothing at all. Catch 22.

This simple paradox conjures up the realization that anything we think of, or have feelings about, are intimately connected in a fashion that is truly inescapable. In other words, no matter what we think or feel about the concept of consciousness our thoughts and emotions will always be mysteriously linked. In Life however, we actually act and respond in a unified fashion. ++++ Every choice we make takes into account how we think and feel about a certain situation or circumstance.   in Life by weighing both factors to  and acting as a unit upon which we re paradoxically in  that  awareness/consciousness is dualistic in character and we could never knowingly escape it. Duality is an integral part of who we are.

However, there is a major factor missing in this design equation, that being the context in which these observations/perceptions are made. The concept of meaning and purpose have no meaning or purpose if they're not placed in a context in which they can be purposely and meaningfully contemplated. Every observation and perception is made within a circumstance or circumstances, that are always changing. What is key is the fact that the dualistic outlook to which we bring to every circumstance requires us to make a choice and it is by choice that we move forward. Oh yes, and by the way this innate, hard wired drive is harbored deep within our dualistic view of the world.

The dynamic created between what might first appear to be opposing positions/stands/states are actually two distinct POV stemming from the same source ... and that's you. Meaning and purpose don't take opposing positions, rather they complement each other so that the source/observer can go forward, advance, evolve, by raising consciousness through new awareness. Meaning and purpose, i.e. design, embrace the concept of progress by supporting our lives and through this method the lives of others.

We progress through Life by means of the many dynamic relationships we've create for ourselves. These are reflections of other patterns we've experienced both large and small, formed and formless. Together they share in the construction of our reality/realities. Time and three dimensional space are contexts we use and apply in creating our reality/realities. In actuality, our reality can reach far beyond what we've been told to believe. The most obvious example becomes apparent from deep within the unconscious. This unique view of reality we experience comes through our dreams.

Yet we must consider the fact that there must be some way in which these thoughts (purpose) and feelings (meaning) are brought forward and into awareness. This is where the concept of design is most effective/affective. Design is rooted in the creation, interpretation and expression of all that can be found in its very spelling. Design is made apparent to all of humanity by means of signs. The concept is simply expressed in the English spelling of the word Design including every other word derived from it, e.g. designation, signal, significant, insignificant, ensign, signed, signaled, signaling, signaled, signals, signature, significance, signified, signing ...

signnoun1 a sign of affection: indication, signal, symptom, pointer, suggestion, intimation, mark, manifestation, demonstration, token, evidence; literary sigil.2 a sign of things to come: portent, omen, warning, forewarning, augury, presage, danger sign; promise, threat.3 at his sign the soldiers followed: gesture, signal, wave, gesticulation, cue, nod.4 he read the sign on the wall: notice, signpost, signboard, warning sign, road sign, traffic sign, guidepost, marquee.5 the dancers were daubed with signs: symbol, mark, cipher, letter, character, figure, hieroglyph, ideogram, rune, emblem, device, logo.1 he signed the letter: write one's name on, autograph, endorse, initial, countersign, ink; formal subscribe.2 the government signed the agreement: endorse, validate, certify, authenticate, sanction, authorize; agree to, approve, ratify, adopt, give one's approval to; informal give something the go-ahead, give something the green light, give something the thumbs up.3 he signed his name: write, inscribe, pen.4 we have signed a new player: recruit, hire, engage, employ, take on, appoint, sign on/up, enlist.5 she signed to Susan to leave. See signal1(sense 1 of the verb).
We consciously realize that the concept of design rooted in who we are. We inherently know that we have a meaning and a purpose in Life. We typically spend a lifetime searching for what our purpose is and what it means. By means of design, i.e. evolution/design evolution, we've come to learn that much of what our truth is appears to be hidden either purposely or by our own lack of awareness or actions to discover the truth surrounding who we are. Who you are is both purposely and meaningfully expressed in all you do, say, think, and feel.

Consciousness itself is the product of a Design process that is changing our concept of reality before our very eyes, every day and more importantly in every instant.

For humanity some signs are made conscious, i.e. aware, symbolically. A sign can be symbolic, by virtue of the circumstance/context in which it is observed and the level of consciousness of the observer. Consciousness is "measurable" by means of subjectively weighing the ratio between meaning and purpose. An meaningful gesture typically precedes a purposeful observation at which time new information is instantaneously returned in a meaningful way. The observer is the source and at the core of every observation. The very initiation of the dynamic is ultimately the choice of the source/creator and will intimately include both complementary impressions when observed within an always changing context. These impressions are result of an all encompassing force field where  consciousness might be "measured". Humanity is intellectually, emotionally and physically both effected and affected by these contextual forces that might be described as Universe/Oneness/God/Intelligence, etc. yet is in essence Consciousness.

These forces can be both meaningful and purposeful, intuitively felt and intellectually cognized, which all bears upon the reflection and level of consciousness of the perceiver/observer. Signs don't always fully communicate the impact in support of every corresponding impulse/vibration originating from Consciousness. In the process of attempting to comprehend the importance supporting a particular sign might similarly bring to awareness the fact that every sign is by nature interpreted differently. Signs alone don't always communicate the emotional impact in support of a design/design process.

Design is your tool. Design is the language you use every waking and sleeping moment. Key to learning about who you are, what your purpose is and what it all means is something we all share as a species. We are all are in this "situation"together. If you so choose your journey will embrace many signs, many directions, many teachers and an abundance of data to support and guide you along the way. You are a designer in the midst of a design process to design a reality for yourself in collaboration with all humanity. You/we cannot design alone for we similarly create the context in which we must choose. Human know thyself.

Meaning and purpose are at Life's core. They rest in the stream of Consciousness that creates a field of manifestation that in turn is reflected within the micro field of its own creation. The Life stream can appear in the shape of a vortex that fluctuates within the parameters of this micro field of consciousness. The Life stream appears to have emerged from within the depths of the universe due to the perimeter constraints (forces) that together unify about a single pointed awareness, i.e. the center, the focus, the point of inertia.

Space and time are conceptual yet due to the realization that energy is in perpetual motion, they also possesses the characteristics of being an aetheric force contained within the "border" of every field of conscious/awareness. Other conceptual interpretations of space and time also exist within the symbolic context/field (universe) in which "units" or organized fields of consciousness, appear to repeatedly perpetuate there patterns of energy. By means of the design process these units/agents/fields of energy become more and more refined and complex as they expand and blend with, i.e. resonate with, the characteristic that identify a greater field of awareness. These micro fields/creations appear to perpetuate a string of electro-magnetic events while riding the crests and troughs of a universal Life wave. Each event is the reflection of a series of designs generated for the purpose of continuing a certain unique set of energy patterns/frequencies rising from within the context of a particular field and/or Life force. These forms are generated within the borders of a dualistic "condition", which is part and parcel of the symbolic relationships created between both micro and macro levels of consciousness.

From within the electric forces of the universe are generated a wide variety of sequential energy fields that together bring energy/light and information to a particular set of characteristics. Every system/matrix and network can likewise be fragmented into attributes that together unite to make each conscious/contextual field unique.
