Yellow Tail. Pinot Grigio. Delicious is an understatement. I’ll sum it up in these few words:
Seductive
Voluptuous
Sensual
Great pair of legs
In case anybody gets they’re panties in a bunch, for those of you who have yet to attend a Wine (and cheese) tasting, expect to hear those words-as suggestive as they may sound-quite often.
It’s been awhile since I last had this beautiful Aussie wine, but for every time I’ve had it, I was never disappointed.
With this you can taste the sharpness, and crispness with this particular wine. You can taste the apples, pears and the grapes, which is common with Pinot Grigio vinos. Goes well with any white meat, and having just finished some mac-n-cheese with diced chicken, this wine was quite appropriate to say the least.
And another tip: For those who may not know, whatever colour wine you drink, you consume a meat of the same colour. Case in point, if you’re having steak, you have a red wine. If you’re having seafood or poultry, you have a white one.
And BTW, white wine(s) make great dessert wines as well-I recommend Moscato.
Namaste
