Interior Design Awards for 2021

Interior Design Awards: design et al

.   Interior Design Awards Shortlist: Interior Design Scheme, Americas   .

Our Viscaino project has been shortlisted for the Interior Design Scheme category. With over 7,500 sq. ft. of panoramic coastal views and an enviable art collection, Viscaino captivates inside and out. Built in 1962, this stunning Pebble Beach estate underwent a modern renovation before our team completely transformed the home with sophisticated palettes and playful details. Having moved to Pebble Beach, CA from Houston, TX, they were hoping to embrace a California Cool aesthetic, with a couple touches from home. For the homeowners, livable luxury was their top priority, balancing youthfulness and sophistication in a modern space.

The cohesiveness of this project is largely owed to the clients existing art collection that allowed us to introduce a wide range of colors and patterns. Every piece was intentionally placed, not only acting as a beautiful, standalone element in its room, but also referencing a room that visitors experienced in another part of the home. Take a tour of the home on our portfolio.

.   Interior Design Awards Shortlist: Living Space, Americas   .

Our Heights Modern project has been shortlisted in the category of Living Space, Americas. Nestled in the heart of historic homes in Houston, TX, this 5,100 square feet contemporary residence stands in contrast to the neighborhood’s historic and Victorian-style homes. Our team was tasked with designing a beautiful interior and having the complete trust of the clients, we delivered a unique and thoughtful space. To match its modern facade, our team designed an elegant formal living space, one that greets guests with bold color and handsome woodwork.

The formal living room draws you in with the Oxblood Sofa.

The clients’ primary goal for their home centered around an environment in which to entertain after the cloud of the COVID-19 pandemic lifted. Upon entering the home, you are introduced to an open concept. The foyer greets you with organic tones of charcoal, sage green, burnt sienna and pale gold, filling the space with warmth and depth. With the homeowners love of entertaining, the dining room is a showstopper. With unique wall coverings and hand blown glass wall vessels mounted on the wall there is no lack of visual interest. The bold furnishings, statement lighting, and motif-wallcoverings make this the perfect place to entertain and welcome loved ones. See more from our Heights Modern on the portfolio.
