Welcome to our latest pack of the ever popular Presets for Nik Color Efex.
For this seasons launch we have a soft pastel themed preset pack to cool your hot summer photography! A whopping 50 cool new mostly pastel presets all for the usual price of a 40 preset pack, bringing you bang up to date with all our recent image processing. These presets can tone down those bright summer colours and soften them, pulling them together with a softer, more tonal artistic look. They also work well with winter shoots, warming up cold grey tones.
Our new pastels work well with landscapes, still lifes, flowers, portraits and all sunny events. Their titles give a hint as to what we originally used them for but don’t let that hold you back! Simply run through them all until you reach your desired look and then save or tweak your results until happy and save for later use! A useful tip when using these presets on your bright sunny photographs is to tone down your highlights and whites first in the Adobe Raw opening page, this avoids blown out highlights in your final processed images.
You can use them with textures or without, the images pictured above are mostly without so you can get an idea of their effects.
