Hey guys, today’s Textures can’t be more fitting to the freezing cold we are having here in Iceland at the moment. I have a set of ten free Icy Rock Textures from minerals such as quartz and rock crystal, and the blue coloring that I applied in Lightroom makes them look a lot like real ice.

I’ve posted some similar textures in the past from the same area where I shot them. I think they are super useful for posters and abstract backgrounds on both web and print. I would love to hear what you think of them, so don’t be afraid to leave a comment below.
