2021 has been an eventful year for us. In April 2021, emids, a leader in digital engineering and transformation solutions to the healthcare and life sciences industry acquired Quovantis. And now, Great Place to Work Institute has recognized us as one of India’s Top 50 Great Mid-size Workplaces for 2021. We’re ranked 27 on the list along with other admirable companies who prioritize31 employee happiness over and above everything.

It’s a special recognition for us because this is the fourth time we’re getting recognized for our people-first practices. In 2019, we ranked #45 among India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces and we were also in the Top 75 India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2019.

Every year, Great Place to Work Institute India conducts an objective and rigorous workplace culture assessment process to identify 50 Great Mid-size Workplaces in India. The survey that employees have to fill has questions related to work, growth opportunities and other cultural aspects of the organization. 

Through our survey results, we got to know that Quants have shared these as the top reasons that makes Quovantis a great workplace– credibility in leadership, transparency and fairness in running the organization, camaraderie among peers and pride in cultural values.

In a nutshell, they think that our work culture and the way we care for each other is the best part about our organization.

And I couldn’t agree more. It’s our culture that sets us apart.

It makes us deliver our best work. It makes us cognizant of our role in the organization’s growth and keeps us invested in it. It drives us to come up with innovative ideas and execute on them. Most importantly, it makes us believe that we all are on this journey together.

For us, as Quants, this award is a testament to our people-centric practices. Of course, as an organization, we’re not perfect. We still have miles to go before we become perfect. But the fact that we’ve been getting this recognition year after year, makes my heart swell with pride.
