Gary Baus will Once again be joining us at the Ballydehob Jazz Festival, both DJing and blowing his sax about the village.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, as opposed to Baltimore, West Cork, Gary has graced many welcoming venues for the last 14 years as a saxophonist and dj in his adopted home of Ireland. He has a passion for American music of the early 20th century and in 2002 he founded the legendary swing dance night ‘Doubletime’ in Cork City to great acclaim. He will spin the best big band swing jazz of the 1930’s and 40’s. The kind of jazz that gets you up so you can really get down.
