Nasi Lemak Recipe



Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup rice, washed and drained
1/2 cup coconut milk from 200g grated coconut
1 pandan leaf, tied into a knot
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Add 1 cup water to the coconut milk and mix well.
2. Put all the ingredients into the saucepan. Bring to the boil.
3. Simmer over a very low fire until the rice is cooked.
4. Serve with prawn sambal on ikan bilis sambal and sliced cucumber.
