Everyone is heading back to school and looking for quick-and-easy recipes to make for breakfast. Here’s a great one: my Sunrise Smoothie, packed full of vitamins and protein to get you going. Super easy to make and quick!

Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8oz orange juice
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on HIGH for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Serve.
