We were swimming all afternoon and my belly was growling. I still haven’t been getting hungry but my doctor told me I have to eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks anyway. So, since my belly was growling I guess that means snack time! I decided to blend up my fruit & drink my snack down.
The end result was an overload of banana flavor (as anything usually is when you use bananas – they’re crazy overpowering)!!! It was absolutely delicious & very refreshing though.
Banana, watermelon, grape & fig smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1 heaping cup watermelon
Handful purple grapes
1 fig
½ c water
Blend it all up & drink it down!! :)
