North East Cuisine, Naga Cuisine, as soon as we listen to this, we remember their spiciest chillies. Naga Chef is one of the cutest looking resto, with bambooish interiors showcasing the traditional jewellery paintings, headgear, Spears, few of the pictures of the festivals of the Nagaland tradition, serves the best Pork delicacies.

Entire menu has maximum pork, few chicken varieties and very much fewer Vegetarian varieties. Seating is wooden benches and it is so calm and quiet inside. We were here on a Wednesday afternoon and we were only visitors till almost 2:00Pm from 12:30pm.

We ordered a Veg Customised ( ordered for more chilly hot taste ) Thukpa and Crispy Potato Fries with Naga tadka. Veg Thukpa was nicely done with enough red chillies masala paste. It was hot and Yummy. The Potato fries were very good especially Naga tadka made difference compared to the normal Potato crisps. There is no veg momo Option available unfortunately.

And a Pork fried Akhuni and a Pork Fried Rice. Pork Thali is available and a lot of pork dishes are available

Was worried to eat pork here, But was good and tasty. We wanted high spiced Pork and it was very tasty.  Pork is a must try here. vegetarians better stay away. We are again visiting to try more pork dishes.

Restaurant sanitation is at the poorer side. Nomuch Options. I request atleast Veg momo options has to be made available.  Other than that must try place for pork varieties.
