Pappu Chaiwaala

I want to give my complete credit of this review to my sis, Sri Chandana Ravoor. She found this place by herself and she just spoke to the cafe manager and made me take all the pics, with their permission. This place is in the lane adjacent to the Bangalore Central, JP Nagar. And it has cute Dhaba sort of interiors and very catchy posters hanged on walls from Cinemas day to day things. As name indicates, It serves Chai, all varieties, snacks with teas, cookies, and continental finger food. Interiors looked so very desi, with Iron Trunks as tables, Navari cots for seating. It has a backyard sort of space, continues from the main seating area of the cafe with Stone benches and look so natural with a bird-cage and leads us to a nice view of the Central mall.

Bread Pakore with Adrak Chai

We were four of us, we ordered Pappu chai, Sulemani Chai, Adrak Chai, Chai and a Penne Arabita with White Sauce with Peppers and Jalpenos,  Namak Para and Bread Pakora for the sides.

It is a Cute place and worth trying and all teas were tasty but they were too strong in their tastes.  Food tasted very fresh and tasty. There is a Dosa cart, which was closed when we visited, heard they make ready-made dosas. Dint get chance to try. Overall, it was a nice place to hang out.

My Ratings:

Food: combinations were decent,  3.5/5

Taste: 4/5

Quality and Quantity: 3.7 /5

Service and Ambiance: 3.5/5

Pricing: Decent 3.5/5

Overall: 3.6/5
