Cake Mixing at Hojo

I was invited for the Cake Mixing event at Howard Johnson, Hebbal. Cake Mixing event is especially very much fun than any other food events. This time It was an early christmas for me with a lot of fun, with my blogger friends, kids, staff of HOJO and the chef Dev Bose. It was real joyful event.

We were all dressed up in a Santa Cap and Aprons and everyone were looking so cute and merry.

Close to 200 kilos of assorted dry fruits were mixed with cinnamons, and generous amounts of liquor and stored in a container until the festive season. This marinated assortment is all set to be made into delicious plum cakes and plum puddings for Christmas.

“The longer the mix is kept, the tastier the cake turns out to be”, said Dev Bose, Chief Executive Chef and dry fruits was mixed well and the Aroma of the liquor was just such a hang over. All of us was enjoyed the mixing including the kids present there along with In-house invitees.
