Marshmallow Pops

I haven’t written a blog post for like two weeks, and that makes me sad. I had a ton of things happen within those two weeks so I had no time to whip up some delicious food to share with you. But I’m back and I’m ready to wow you with these magical Marshmallow goodies.

So, if you’re a father reading this, happy late Father’s Day. I made these for my dad and he had four of them, I think. I wanted to make something fun and summer-esque and these fit the bill, perfectly. Watch out, though – they melt fairly quickly.

Ingredients:

  • One package of Dandies’ marshmallows
  • Two packages of Enjoy Life non-dairy chocolate morsels
  • Kabob sticks
  • Sprinkles

Directions:

First, spray Tin Foil with a non-stick spray. Then, put all the marshmallows on the Kabob Sticks. Next, melt the Chocolate in a small pot, over low heat (any higher than that and the chocolate will burn – I learned the hard way). Cover each marshmallow in chocolate, dip each one in the sprinkles of your desire and lay it onto the sheet of tin foil. Finally, set them all in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

**Word of advice, eat the whole thing in one bite – I literally got chocolate and sprinkles all over my pants and stained them because I tried to nibble on it… My bad.
