Salted Caramel Mocha Covered Pretzels

Sorry if you don’t like Chocolate, (I’m actually not sorry, and you’re insane if you’re not a chocolate lover) but my latest recipes have been chocolate-related because I love it. This weekend, I wanted to make something easy because it was a hectic couple of days, so I made these.


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Enjoy Life vegan mini chocolate chips
  • 1 bag of gluten free pretzels
  • salt
  • Caramel made from dates

Directions:

First, melt the chocolate in a pot on the stove on medium-high heat. Afterwards, dip each pretzel into the chocolate and lay them on a pan. Once that’s done, store in the fridge for around an hour. To make the Caramel, add around 6 or 7 pitted dates to a blender, add water until it’s the consistency of your choosing. Heat that in the same pot over the stove for around 10 minutes. After removing the pretzels from the refrigerator, I put little dabs of the caramel on each pretzel, but you can drizzle over, also. Then add salt, and you’re done
