- Cabbage 115gms

- Macaroni 55gms

Method of preparation
- Wash and dice all vegetables into small pieces. Blanch the tomatoes.
- Mince onion and garlic.
- Chop parsley.
- Heat fat. Fry minced onion, garlic, parsley, carrots and turnips.
- Add leeks, salt, pepper, blanched tomatoes, cabbage and celery. Add stock.
- Bring to boiling point. Add macaroni cut into half inch pieces.
- Simmer on low fire till vegetables and macaroni are cooked.
- Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.
