The Selection
Lot's of work to catch up on this weekend. Not much time to make dinner, so need a fast easy recipe. I felt like beef and cheese today. I visited whittlerz.com and selected sirloin steak and cheese to run a recipe search. Just over 80 recipes returned. I saw the fajitas recipe and realized I have never made fajitas in my life. Let's give it a try.
For a simple, fast dinner, this recipe is highly recommended.
The Preparation
Not too many ingredients, so preparation was pretty easy. Cooking is all done in a single pan on the stove, so easy clean up as well.The Outcome
The fajitas had really great flavor. Likely all due to the ingredients in the McCormick fajita mix asked for in the recipe. I have not tried their seasoning's before, but might just be a true believer at this point.For a simple, fast dinner, this recipe is highly recommended.
