HOW TO COOK HOMEMADE CHICKEN NUGGETS

CHICKEN NUGGETS


Golden colored fried small Chicken nuggets are very popular snacks items. These can be preserved in refrigerator for few days.

INGREDIENTS


  • 500 grams of chicken breast cut to shape
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Dried mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped chili - 1 teaspoon
  • Beaten eggs – 2
  • All purpose flour – 6 to 8 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs – 4 tbsp
  • Melted butter – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Refine oil for frying

Homemade Chicken Nuggets




PROCESS


  • Boil chicken pieces with salt and 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Marinate with ginger & garlic paste, pepper powder, herbs and vinegar
  • Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Mix all other items, except oil
  • Again keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown
