CHICKEN NUGGETS
Golden colored fried small Chicken nuggets are very popular snacks items. These can be preserved in refrigerator for few days.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams of chicken breast cut to shape
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Dried mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
- Chopped chili - 1 teaspoon
- Beaten eggs – 2
- All purpose flour – 6 to 8 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs – 4 tbsp
- Melted butter – 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Refine oil for frying

PROCESS
- Boil chicken pieces with salt and 1 tbsp vinegar
- Marinate with ginger & garlic paste, pepper powder, herbs and vinegar
- Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Mix all other items, except oil
- Again keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown
