CHINESE FRIED RICE WITH GARLIC AND LEMON
INGREDIENT
1) Fine Dehradun rice 3 and ½ cups
2) Ginger paste 2 tbsp
3) Dice cut carrot 1 large
4) Chopped French beans ½ cup
5) Cauliflower florets ½ cup
6) Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
7) Julian cut ginger ½ tbsp
8) Green chili strips ½ cups
9) Lemon juice ½ cup
10) Soy sauce 2 and ½ tbsp
11) Salt to taste
12) Sugar 1 tbsp
13) Refine oil ½ cup
14) Water 6 cups (same measurement cup should use for rice and water)

PROCESS
· In a rice cooker, heat oil, Add Ginger paste and cover the cooker for 2 minutes
· Add ginger , garlic and chili strips, cover for 2 minutes, so the flavor goes in the oil
· Add all vegetables serially, and salt and stir well, cover for 5 minutes
· Add rice and lemon juice, soy sauce
· Add salt if required, add sugar
· Add water, cover the cooker, it will take 1 hour to ready
