COCONUT CAKE WITH CHEESE TOPPING – FILIPINO DESSERT
It is a unique Coconut cake, taken from Filipino cuisine.
INGREDIENT
1. Plane flour 4 cups
2. Egg 3
3. Thick coconut milk 2 cups
4. Castor sugar ½ cup
5. Baking powder 1 tsp
6. Grated cheese 4 tbsp
INGREDIENT FOR TOPPING
1. Whipped cream 4 tbsp
2. Castor sugar 1 tbsp
3. Grated cheese 4 tbsp and grated coconut 4 tbsp

PROCESS
• Beat eggs for 5 minutes
• Add flour, baking powder, sugar and cheese
• Beat again until all ingredients mix properly
• Add coconut milk and again beat
• Brush oil on an oven prove dish and pour the mixture
• Bake the mixture at 200 degree C for 15 minutes
PROCESS FOR TOPPING
• Mix cream and sugar properly
• Spread cream on the cake and sprinkle cheese and coconut
• Cut into pieces in square or any shape
