SHRIMP SOUP JAPANESE STYLE
This is an exclusive Soup recipe, inspired by Japanese cuisine.
SERVE FOR - 4 PERSONS
PREPARATION TIME - 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME - 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Shrimp 200 gm (removed the string of head and cleaned properly)Dice cut carrot 1cup
Dice cut capsicum half cup
Chopped french beans 50 gm
Broccoli chopped 100 gm
Soup cube 1
Salt to taste
Refine oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Marin half cup
Dark soy sauce 2 tsp
Rice noodles 1 cup
Japanese shrimp soup |
PROCESS
Marinate shrimps with salt and vinegar for 10 minutesHeat oil in a pan and lightly fry the shrimps, keep aside
In that same pan lightly fry the broccoli, keep aside
In a heavy bottom pan, add oil and garlic paste, cook for few minutes
Add all vegetables and salt, cover the pan and simmer the heat, vegetables relies own water
When water dried up,add shrimps and 4 cups water
Add salt, marin and soup cube,cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
Add soy sauce and rice noodles
Serve hot
