Churma Ladoo is very popular sweet dish in Rajsthan. Though the process of making these ladoos is bit lengthy, you should give it a try on this diwali.

Ingredients
- 2 cup wheat flour
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cup ghee
- cardamom powder
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- Dry Fruits
- In a non-stick kadhai, heat ghee. Let it melt completely.
- Take the melted ghee in a bowl and add wheat flour and powdered sugar in it.
- Add dry fruits to it. Mix well.
- Keep the mixture in a thin cloth and put it in pressure cooker for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Let it cool.
- Add cardamom powder to it.
- Knead the mixture into a stiff dough.
- Take small mixture on your palm and shape into a round ball.
- Roll over Sesame seeds till they are evenly coated from all sides.
- Repeat the process for remaining dough.
- Arrange all the Churma ladoos in a plate and serve.
- Or store them in an air-tight container to enjoy later.
