Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
- Softened cream cheese - 1 (8-ounce) package
- Sweet condensed milk - 1 (14-ounce) can
- Lemon juice – 1/3 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Method:
With a beater beat the Cheese in a large bowl until fluffy.
Add the Condensed Milk a little at a time and beat until smooth.
Stir in the lemon Juice and vanilla using a wooden or plastic spoon.
Pour into the Baked Pastry shell and refrigerate until set. Serve topped with strawberries or cherries.
