Ingredients:

6. | Cheese (Paneer) | 250 gm |
7. | Boiled Rice | 8-10 |
8. | Mozzarella Cheese | 500 gms |
9. | Salt | To taste |
10. | Baking powder | ¼ teaspoon |
Method:
How to make flour Tortillas :
- Take a bowl. Add Refined Flour, baking powder and salt. Knead it using warm water and make dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Now make balls out of it and roll them to a big round size shape. (The thickness should be around 1 centimeter).
- Take a non-stick Fry Pan and apply a little oil on its surface. Cook the tortillas on both the sides and keep them aside.
- Your tortillas are ready! J
For the BURITOS:
- Take one of the tortillas, grate some Mozzarella Cheese in the center and spread it a little.
- Now add a layer of Boiled Rice, then your chili paneer(cheese) with capsicum (main course dish)and then chopped tomatoes and onions. Add another layer of mozzarella cheese to it.
- Now firstly fold it from the sides towards the center and then fold it totally by curling it with your hands. It’s same what you do for the spring rolls.
- Lastly cook it on both the sides for 30-45 seconds on the non-stick fry pan on simmer. This will help the cheese to melt inside and tastes delicious.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
