Ingredients

2. | Castor Sugar | ½ cup |
3. | Baking Powder | ¼ teaspoon |
4. | Yellow Butter | 50 gm |
5. | Dark Chocolate | 100 gm |
6. | Egg | 1 |
7. | Almonds | 5-6 (crushed) |
Method:
- Sift together Maida and Baking Powder in a Bowl.
- Take a separate bowl. Whisk egg and Castor Sugar so that it turns into a nice foamy texture.
- Put the Dark Chocolate and yellow butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1-2 minutes. It will turn into a liquid form. Or put the dark chocolate bowl on a double boiler and add yellow butter in it. Let it melt and stir it continuously.
- Add the Egg Mixture to this and mix well. Remember to whisk very fast while adding the egg mixture to avoid the formation of lumps. Now add plain flour and mix it thoroughly.
- Mix it properly till it becomes a nice and homogeneous batter.
- Take the ramekins (small bowls that can be put in a grill) or you can also take plastic bowls and cover it with aluminum foil throughout; and butter them on the sides.
- Add the mixture to the ramekins and fill it only three-fourth (3/4).Add crushed almonds on the top.
- Pre-heat your oven or microwave at 180 degree Celsius. Cook it for 12-15 minutes on grill .To check whether it’s done or not, see the surface should be hard and not liquidy.
- Serve hot. Garnish it with strawberries or just have it .It’s really awesome. Trust me!! :) ;).
