Have you participated in last Friday's Angry Birds Twitter Party #AngryBirdsParty? It was trending on Twitter during that evening, what a great start for half term! We were invited to participate as well, and were sent a box of Angry Birds' party goodies to hold our own The Angry Birds Movie party!




It was like receiving a present! Together with the party goodies was The Angry Birds Movie DVD that we couldn't wait to watch!



The Angry Birds Movie (pegi U, out now on Blu-ray and DVD) tells the story of why the birds are so angry with the pigs!

It all began on an island paradise populated mostly by happy, flightless birds, except Red who has a temper issue, speedy Chuck and the volatile Bomb, who have always been outsiders. But it is down to the trio to figure out what the mysterious green piggies are up to when they landed on their beautiful island!


There were lots of funny moments, mixed with some hidden jokes that only we adults get, so it's not just for the kids! We had lots of laughter throughout, feeling sorry for Red, shouted at the pigs and awww-ing at the hatchlings:



Can we have our own hatchlings please!!
