Tarte pastel de nata


Ingredientes:

1 base de massa quebrada ou folhada (de compra)
200 gr açúcar
40 gr farinha maizena
2 cascas de limão
1 pau de canela
1/2 l de leite
4 gemas


Preparação:

1. aqueça o forno a 220º
2. leve a massa ao forno, na forma com o fundo coberto de feijão seco, durante 8 min
3. retire do forno e reserve
4. baixe o forno para 160º

5. aqueça o leite a casca de limão e o pau de canela
6. num tacho para ir ao lume, junte o açucar com a farinha maizena, junte as gemas uma a uma mexendo até ficar cremoso
7. adicione o leite aos poucos e misture bem, leve ao lume mexendo sempre, até engrossar
8. retire a casca de limão e o pau de canela e deite o preparado na forma, leve novamente ao forno durante 20 min.
9. polvilhe com canela e açúcar em pó antes de servir

ingredients:

1 base or puff pastry
200 g of sugar
40 g of flour cornstarch
2 lemon peels
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 liter of milk
4 egg yolks


Preparation:

2. Preheat oven to 220 º
3. light puff pastry in the oven, as with the bottom covered with dried beans for 8 min
4. remove from oven and set aside
5. lower the oven to 160 º

6. Heat the milk with the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick
7. add the sugar with the cornstarch, add the egg yolks one at a time stirring until smooth
8. gradually add milk and mix well, bring to the boil stirring constantly, until thickened
9. remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick and pour the cooked form, light back in the oven for 20 min.
10. sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar before serving
