I first made Buckeyes for a competition with my friend and we came second in it. Buckeyes are such delicious treat and  crowd pleaser. The recipe listed here are the best buckeyes ever. Would highly recommend to try them out.


Ingredients: (60 balls)
Peanut butter - 500gms
Butter - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 cups
Vanilla extract  1 tablespoon
Chocolate chips/baking chocolate - 1 pack

Method:

• Cream peanut and butter
• Add sugar and vanilla extract
• Form 1 inch balls and refrigerate
• Melt chocolate chips/baking chocolate in oven for 30 seconds /1min.
• Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick about 3/4th of the way covered.
• Place chocolate upside down on baking sheet.
• Refrigerate and serve.
