ingredients:
-200 G margarine
-200 G brown sugar
-1 egg
-350 G flour
-3 Tablespoons cocoa
-100 G of chocolate
Preparation:
-Cut chocolate about 30 cubes. Whisk butter with sugar, add egg and stir 3 minutes.
Mix the flour with cocoa, put together with margarine and put the dough in the bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. From dough make little balls, in every piece insert a cube of chocolate, and again form a ball and put it to bake at 200 C for 15 minutes (do not prolong the cooking time).
