Ingredients
dough;
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups oil
optionally flour
half of baking powder
Agda (water with which to pour hurmice)
9 cups sugar
11 cups water
1 lemon
Preparation
1. Whisk the eggs with sugar and oil. Gradually add flour and baking powder until a mass get medium hardness. From the dough form a large walnut-sized balls, flatten them slightly and pressed against the grater (the smallest holes). Sort Hurmice in a dry pan (grease) and bake at 200-220 degrees until get golden brown.
2. During this time make agda, the water with sugar and mix well with tablespoon so the sugar melt. Add the juice of one lemon.
3. Roasted Hurmice pour with cold (uncooked) agda and cover with something hurmice to absorb agdu and get cold.
